About Us

Oz Parks was launched in July 2005 when a number of individual park owners affiliated under the Oz Parks Banner to cater not only to families, but also those travellers who do not require all the bells & whistles offered by some organizations. Most guests only require to be greeted with a friendly smile and be offered spotless amenities & clean cabins and at competitive rates.  Thus, we can now offer travellers a wider choice in tourist and caravan park accommodation than was previously available.

A number of our parks are basic, whilst others offer a wide selection of facilities, but all offer clean amenities.  Self Contained Accommodation is available at all Member Parks, ranging from On-Site Vans - Ensuite Cabins - Deluxe Spa Villas – Serviced Motel Units.

With the support and assistance of our loyal club members and other guests we will continue to add more parks to our chain and as a consequence we’ll be able to offer an even greater level of service.

Your business is our business

Member Parks appreciate your support and are happy to give our Club Members a discount for their loyalty.  We also offer our Club Members a Free Book Ahead Service to other Member Parks.

We are committed to providing quality service in a friendly and courteous manner, and welcome your comments and suggestions.

'Green Park' Scheme

Oz Parks has made a giant leap forward for the environment and sustainable tourism. In co-operative venture with the NSW National Parks & Wildlife Service, Oz Parks has developed a sustainable environmental tourism program for the future.

The Green Park scheme was launched in 2007 and sees Oz Parks as the first National Caravan & Tourist Park Chain to adopt such a program. We are very conscious of the need to develope a sustainable industry and wanted a scheme that would allow our Member Parks to do something positive for the environment.

For a park to be certified as a Green Park the opreator must carry out set tasks in all of the five sustainability criteria, including; Green House Reduction - Water Consevation - Waste & Recycling Management - Habitat & Biodiversity - and Social & Community. We particulary wanted to include the the Social & Community section so as to educate others as to how they could reduce their Carbon Footprint and assist their environment and native fuana & flora habitat.

We were particularly mindful that many remote parks do not have the same services availably to them as regional and city operators take for granted, like Green Power & asic recycling. To that end the challenge was to develope a program that all parks could complete. The Oz Parks Green Parks scheme has done just that with 40% of the chain being certified to date from Hervey Bay to Phillip Island and from Sydney to Cobdogla, with others working towards their Green Park certification.
